Individual Entry Fees

Level 4, 5, 6 - $70.00

Level 7, 8, 9, 10 - $80.00

All entry fees include a Participation Plaque and Meet Collector’s Pin.

Team Entry Fee $40.00 per level entered
Team Awards

First through Fifth place team trophies will be presented each session. Cash prizes will be awarded at the end of the final session of each level. Cash prizes will be awarded to the highest scoring team overall in each level as follows:


Top Level 9 & 10 Teams - $500.00

Top Level 7 & 8   Teams - $250.00

Top Level 4, 5 & 6 Teams - $100.00


Level 4, 5, 6
Top five scores per event count towards team totals.


Level 7,8,9,10
Top three scores per event count towards team totals.


A minimum of four teams must be entered at a level for cash prizes to be awarded. Trophies will still be awarded if less than four teams are entered.

Please use provided entry form, or include club’s name, address, USAG number, phone number, fax number, e-mail and contact. For athletes please provide name, level, USAG number, and birthday. For coaches please provide coach’s name, USAG number, safety expiration and background check expiration dates.

Refund Policy NO REFUNDS after December 1, 2009.  If an athlete is unable to attend, consider the entry fee a tax deductible donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
Changes to Entries If you must make a change to your original roster, please do so before December 15th, 2009.    Please realize that any change made after this date may not be reflected in the meet program. 
Competition Format Modified Capitol Cup
Session times Session times will be determined once all entries are received and posted on the meet website by December 22nd, 2009. 
Final Packets Final Meet information will be mailed to all clubsby December 29th, 2009.
