| Team Awards |
First through Fifth place team trophies will be presented each session. Cash prizes will be awarded at the end of the final session of each level. Cash prizes will be awarded to the highest scoring team overall in each level as follows:
Top Level 9 & 10 Teams - $500.00 Top Level 7 & 8 Teams - $250.00 Top Level 4, 5 & 6 Teams - $100.00

A minimum of four teams must be entered at a level for cash prizes to be awarded. Trophies will still be awarded if less than four teams are entered. |

For coaches please provide coach’s name, USAG number, safety expiration and background check expiration dates. |

| Changes to Entries | If you must make a change to your original roster, please do so before December 15th, 2009. Please realize that any change made after this date may not be reflected in the meet program. |

| Session times | Session times will be determined once all entries are received and posted on the meet website by December 22nd, 2009. |
