NO REFUNDS for any scratches-Illinois Rule. It would be appreciated if you would call in your scratches as a courtesy. We must have a fax number so we can send the schedule back and a revised one if we find it necessary.

| Awards |
Awards will be handed out in the awards area 10 minutes after the results have been posted in the lobby adjacent to the coaches and judges hospitality room.

A schedule for the meet will be faxed to your gym a week prior to the meet. Be sure to include your fax number.

| Changes to Entries |
You may not change the competitor’s level of competition the day of the meet, unless it’s an error on our part. Please be as careful as possible when registering your athletes. Remember, competitive age is the age the child will be as of December 31st, 2010. State Ruling applies- “Every late entry, Double Fee Changes applie - $5.00 per change” |

| Trampoline Spotters |
Time slots for your club to supply trampoline spotters will be sent with schedule.

| Silent Auction |
A silent auction will be available during the meet full of autographed items from famed gymnastic athletes, summer camp weeks, and other interesting items. All proceeds benefit St. Jude. |
| Basket Raffle |
Each participating team is asked to create and bring baskets to raffle. Past baskets have included iPods, American Girl dolls, travel DVD players, and many other fantastic items. Join us by preparing a basket and purchasing your tickets for the raffle. More information will be sent to registered teams. |
