| Individual Entry Fees | 1st Event: $50.00 $10.00 for each additional event (all entry fees include a collector pin and participation plaque) **This meet fills FAST. Entries will be taken on a first come basis** Please print and fill out the RELEASE FORM |

| Awards | Awards will be handed out in the awards area 10 minutes after the results have been posted in the lobby adjacent to the coaches and judges hospitality room. |
| Schedules | A schedule for the meet will be faxed or E-mailed to your gym a week prior to the meet. Be sure to include your fax number or E-mail address. |

| Refund Policy | NO REFUNDS for any scratches. It would be appreciated if you would call in your scratches as a courtesy. We must have an E-mail address or fax number so we can send the schedule back and a revised one if we find it necessary. |
| Changes to Entries | If you must make a change to your original roster, please do before December 10th, 2009. |

| Spectator Seating | 10 row high bleachers for approximately 2000 spectators |
| Equipment | All equipment is to be supplied by Ross Equipment. 2-118 ft. rod floors including run with 10x20 landing mats, 2-Euro trampolines with end decks, wedges and floor mats, 2-Euro double-mini’s |
| Trampoline Spotters | We will need experienced volunteer spotters per the USAG guidelines. We are asking for all trampoline gyms to help supply these. |
| Basket Raffle | Each participating team is asked to create and bring baskets to raffle. Past baskets have included iPods, American Girl dolls, travel DVD players, and many other fantastic items. Join us by preparing a basket and purchasing your tickets for the raffle. More information will be sent to registered teams. |
